• CSCS Certification: All our operatives hold valid CSCS cards and are site-ready.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our teams use the correct PPE at all times, including gloves, helmets, safety boots, and hi-vis clothing.

• Safe Lifting Practices: Operatives are trained in manual handling and safe lifting procedures, reducing risk of injury and material damage.

• RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements): We work in line with project RAMS and comply with site-specific safety protocols.

• Continuous Training: Our operatives receive ongoing training to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards unsafe practices, and we reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
